About Us – KPCOM

KPCOM Sp. z o.o. is the primary company through which Paweł Słowiakowski, a serial entrepreneur and innovation leader, invests in and develops research & development projects. For strategic and operational reasons, individual initiatives are often spun off into separate entities, which is why the portfolio includes various company names. All projects, however, are personally linked and managed under his leadership.

Track Record

  • Over 20 years of innovation and entrepreneurship, with successful exits (e.g., eBroker.pl acquired by Bauer Media Group).
  • Eight completed R&D projects financed through EU/national programmes (RPO, POPW, POIR) and public-private VC funds (KFK, Helix Ventures, Internet Ventures).
  • Core expertise in Al, machine learning, predictive models, and heuristics, applied across FinTech, PropTech, MedTech, BioTech, and Energy Tech.
  • Strong commercialization focus - every project designed for market implementation, with measurable outcomes (SaaS platforms, energy audit tools, cosmetic devices, carbon footprint services).
  • Proven competence in consortium building - long-term cooperation with leading scientific partners (Kraków University of Technology, University of Agriculture).

Strategic Value

KPCOM ensures a repeatable and scalable innovation model:

  1. Securing competitive financing (grants and VC).
  2. Building scientific-industrial consortia.
  3. Executing R&D with strong commercialization pathways.

This consistent approach positions KPCOM and its founder Paweł Słowiakowski as a reliable partner in Horizon Europe projects, with a validated ability to transform research into impactful market-ready solutions.

Intellectual Property & Innovation

As part of the R&D activities carried out within the SeniorAngel project, three patent applications were filed with the Polish Patent Office, strengthening the innovative foundation of our solutions:

  • P.449961: System and method for monitoring patients' medication intake, enabling remote, automated verification of whether prescribed drugs have been taken correctly.
  • P.450197: Method and system for contactless measurement and monitoring of physiological parameters using remote photoplethysmography and machine learning algorithms.
  • P.451165: System, method and device for automation of senior care using non-invasive spatial data monitoring and intelligent actuators, ensuring privacy protection.
